Constructed directly alongside our existing facility in the premier industrial hub of UPSIDC Selaqui, Dehradun, this greenfield project is engineered from the ground up to comply with the stringent regulatory benchmarks established by international agencies including PIC/S, US FDA, UK MHRA, and WHO-GMP.

Plant Architecture

Plant 1: General Section � Automated granulation, high-speed rotary compression, semi-solid processing, and modern liquid lines engineered for zero cross-contamination and continuous cleanroom airflow monitoring.

Dosage Capabilities

Advanced Tablets: All solid oral tablet varieties including bilayer, effervescent, chewable, and sublingual tablets with high-speed blister and double-track Alu-Alu packing.
Hard Gelatin Capsules: High-speed encapsulation lines for dry filled powders, multi-particulate pellets, and caplets.
Oral Liquids: High-volume 2,500-liter batch size automated oral liquid syrup and suspension line.

Standards & Location

Engineered to comply with guidelines of international and national regulatory authorities including PIC/S, US FDA, UK MHRA, WHO-GMP, and cGMP standards.
